Yoga is very much a part of our culture most suited for Elders. We conduct online Yoga daily with periodic contact sessions for ensuring perfection. This also provides an opportunity for socialization.

Health Club
Health Clubs

Mushrooming of Health clubs / Gyms indicates fitness sensitivity of the community. But Elders get sidelined as their training requirements are different. We have identified selected health clubs who are providing specialized training for Elders.

Walking Group
Walk Groups

Walking is identified as one of the most suggested exercise for Elders. We have identified selected locations having grounds for group walking for our members. This gives further opportunity for socialization.

Fitness both Physical and mental is taken to the next level through various clubs viz Chiri / Cycling / Trekking clubs and Picnic programs.

Educative & Awareness Sessions

Topics of interest to Elders, relevant to keep them updated in fast changing world. Experts share their knowledge and even gain from interactions with veterans!

Passion Pursuit

It is a second innings — Elders in a new Avatar, pursuing their passion and we create platforms for painting, music, embroidery, baking, home made products / vegetables / fruits etc.

Community Engagement

Fit and active Elders can continue to contribute significantly to the society utilizing their vast experience. We identify areas and make collective efforts to influence the community for a betterment.
